Connect.Red

CultuRed Studios – 7728 Rainier Ave S., Seattle WA 98118

Connect.Red is a holistic program that offers opportunities for youth to participate in programs that help them focus their career goals, make contacts in the local business community, receive mentorship, and help them understand and realize their potential. Local businesses and community partners provide the mentors, access to work places for tours, and opportunities for internships. Together we walk with these youth into dynamic futures that build them and their communities.

The key components of Connect.Red are:

Guide Program: Two-month program with workshops, opportunity to meet and work with a mentor, company tours, and one-on-one assistance in creating a personal development plan.

Mentorship: Connect local business professional and leaders to act as personal mentors for youth seeking to understand various career fields and create a network.

Internships: Assist local businesses in finding and hiring eager youth who work for 3-9 months at the business with mutual benefit for all.
